After purchasing the land, Dietz Logistik 25. Grundbesitz GmbH intended to build a new logistics centre. The planning provided for an elevation of the site by approx. 1.50 m below the ground slab, which entailed extensive earth relocations. A total of approx. 65,000 m³ of soil materials had to be relocated or delivered from outside.
