DIE WOHNKOMPANIE is currently realising several new buildings for residential and commercial use on the former site of the Oscar Helene Heim in Berlin-Dahlem. The housing estate will consist of a total of 127 residential units with 15,540 m² of living space. The energy concept provides for a combined energy supply through 2 CHP units, a peak load condensing boiler, (geothermal) heat pumps that are supplied via geothermal probes and a ring mains system for the distribution of heating and cooling.
Scope of servicesImplementation planning of the geothermal probe fields in the complex energy concept with an energy network and construction supervision, approval management and coordination of VAwS acceptance.
