The housing estate will consist of a total of 127 residential units with 15,540 m\u00b2 of living space. The energy concept provides for a combined energy supply through 2 CHP units, a peak load condensing boiler, (geothermal) heat pumps that are supplied via geothermal probes and a ring mains system for the distribution of heating and cooling.<\/p>\n

Scope of services<\/strong>Implementation planning of the geothermal probe fields in the complex energy concept with an energy network and construction supervision, approval management and coordination of VAwS acceptance.<\/p>\n
