First of all, Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH would like to praise the organiser of the contaminated site symposium in Hof. The GAB put together an all-round successful event with interesting topics on 11 and 12 July 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to many great conversations and information, Mull und Partner Hannover was allowed to present itself and give a lecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

was the topic that Managing Director Karsten Helms wanted to introduce to the participants. The explosive nature and possible effects of explosive ordnance on the subsequent use of land in any form are still not as well known as they should be. Also, the need to plan the correct building-related procedure when probing and, if necessary, recovering explosive ordnance requires further education. In general, awareness of how to deal with explosive ordnance remaining underground needs to be raised even further. In addition to a danger to life and limb, there is also a danger to the important protected assets of soil and water due to the ageing processes and the incomplete conversion of the explosive ordnance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
