In order to be able to carry out reliable object planning, to reliably record material and substance flows and to obtain information on possible hazardous substances, it is essential to set up a building cadastre. On this basis, pollutant occurrences relevant to remediation are delimited.\n<br><br>\nThe planning of the remediation measures is based on the applicable regulations for the remediation of building pollutants and in close coordination with the responsible approval authorities as well as the owner and the users of the building.
